What this means for you

  • Withdrawals from a blocked exchange: Do not withdraw funds from a blocked exchange directly to a Relay deposit address. The deposit will be blocked and the transaction cannot be completed.
  • Sending to a blocked exchange: Quotes where the recipient address is associated with a blocked exchange will be rejected with a BLOCKED_WALLET_ADDRESS error.

Our policy

Blocking decisions are based on real-time screening from professional risk and sanctions databases, combined with Relay’s internal blocklist.
